Get Involved
You can get involved in the Columbia-Montour Arts and Culture Alliance by serving on a committee. Our committees plan activities, events, and other opportunities to illuminate and strengthen the arts in our local communities. Everyone in the community is welcome - you don't have to be an artist! Artists
We're creating an online directory of artists and art/creativity-centered businesbased in Columbia and Montour Counties. This resource will create an opportunity for:

artists to find each other for collaboration and mutual support

local nonprofit organizations, businesses, and government to connect with local artists for residencies, exhibits, and partnerships

residents to find and support local artists by viewing and purchasing their work or services
Community-Based Organizations and Schools
Many local artists and arts organizations are available to partner with nonprofit organizations and schools. Here are some ways that you can work with the local arts community:

Host a workshop with a local artist for children, teens or adults

Hire an artist in residence

Have a local arts group create an indoor or outdoor mural

Create a gallery space to share local art
